​​Dr. Anu, possesses an extensive and varied background in the field of research, particularly as a Research Associate on a significant project that was focused on the development of pharmacopoeial monographs. This project specifically aimed at creating Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) related various traditional medicine formulations, including Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, and Homoeopathy.

During her time at CARe Keralam, which operates under the Ministry of AYUSH, she also played an instrumental and pivotal role in not only crafting these SOPs but also in the meticulous planning and execution of Ayurvedic formulations. She was deeply involved in the development of comprehensive monographs that serve as essential guidelines in the field.
